An award-winning law firm with a unique focus on Equity Release are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Gloucester office. They are looking to expand their conveyancing department due to continuous growth. They are looking for a truly passionate and self-motivated individual who can build upon and directly input to the continued success of the firm.
Successful candidates must have previous experience of:
- Managing a full range of sale, purchase, remortgage matters and specifically equity release.
- Handling leasehold and lease extension work.
- Managing equity release transactions (advantageous but not essential).
- Ensuring compliance with SDLT requirements.
- Dealing with unregistered properties.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
