TSR Legal are working with a highly successful full service firm with offices in Swindon who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate

The Role & Responsibilities:

· Managing and running a full caseload ( Non Panel Work)

· Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.

· Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.

Requirements

  • Preferably 2 + years PQE
  • Be able to handle their own caseload
  • Have a strong technical proficiency
  • Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Be a strong team player
