TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an award-winning law firm is looking to welcome a Residential Conveyancer to its established property team. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Providing clear, proactive communication to clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties throughout the transaction.
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently, with appropriate attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and support staff where required.
  • Contributing to business development, networking and marketing activities to help strengthen the firm’s profile and generate new business.
  • Supporting colleagues during periods of absence and contributing to the wider team’s success.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements, risk management procedures and internal compliance standards.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing legislation, regulations and market developments.

The firm is keen to hear from conveyancing professionals who combine strong technical knowledge with a genuine commitment to client service.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions and the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
  • A Law Degree, LPC, CILEx qualification or Licensed Conveyancer qualification, although applications from experienced conveyancers without formal qualifications are also welcome.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence using case management systems and digital working processes.
  • A proactive, commercially aware approach to client relationships and business development.
  • A collaborative attitude and a willingness to support and develop colleagues.
  • A genuine interest in developing your technical expertise and progressing your career.
