I’m currently working with a respected South Wales practice that is looking to strengthen its Property Team with the appointment of a Residential Conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional seeking high-quality work, a supportive team environment, and genuine long-term career prospects.

The Opportunity

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of transactions including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• General residential conveyancing matters

In addition to running your own files, you will play an active role within the wider team, supporting junior colleagues, contributing to departmental growth, and helping to develop business opportunities.

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and CILEX professionals with at least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing experience
• The ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
• Experience of leasehold matters (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between office locations when required
