Overview

TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a highly regarded, progressive legal practice who have recently launched a new office in Swansea and is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an exciting stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping a newly established location within a well-supported and reputable wider organisation.

The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working model, combining office presence in Swansea with remote flexibility, offering both autonomy and collaboration within a supportive conveyancing team structure.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be trusted to deliver a high standard of client service while maintaining efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
• Handling files from instruction to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Conducting title checks and reviewing search results
• Drafting and approving legal documentation
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
• Providing clear, timely communication to clients throughout the process
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations

About You

We are looking for a confident and motivated conveyancer who can operate independently while contributing positively to a growing team.

Essential requirements:

• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and procedures
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability

Desirable:

• Experience within a volume or fast-paced conveyancing environment
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
