Residential Conveyancer – Bridgend

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Bridgend is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to manage their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The work will include a broad range of transactions such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.

This position will suit someone who is confident working independently, taking full ownership of their files, while also contributing to the expansion and ongoing success of the conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
