TSR Legal are pleased to partner with an established and forward-thinking law firm is expanding its presence in Swansea and is seeking Property Lawyers to join its growing residential property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for residential conveyancers looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment where quality client service, professional development and long-term progression are valued.

The Opportunity

Working as part of a growing residential property team, you will manage a varied caseload of approximately 50 residential property files, with the level of responsibility and supervision tailored to your experience.

The team benefits from a strong base of locally generated work through established relationships with trusted estate agents, providing a consistent and varied caseload.

With the Swansea office in its early stages of development, this is also an opportunity to become an important part of the team and contribute to the continued growth of the local presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling a varied range of sales, purchases and associated residential property matters
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload effectively
• Contributing to the continued development of the Swansea team

About You

Applications are welcomed from Property Lawyers at all levels, including newly qualified and experienced fee earners.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A professional and client-focused approach
• The ability to manage a caseload independently, with appropriate support where required
• A genuine interest in developing your career within a growing team
