TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and forward-thinking law firm is continuing to expand its presence in Cardiff and is seeking Property Lawyers at all levels of experience to join its growing residential property team.

The Opportunity

Working as part of a close-knit residential property team, you will manage a varied caseload of approximately 50 residential property files, with support and responsibility tailored to your level of experience.

The team benefits from a strong base of locally generated work through established relationships with trusted estate agents, providing a consistent and varied caseload.

As the Cardiff office continues to develop, there is also scope for individuals to play an important role in its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling a varied range of sales, purchases and associated residential property matters
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload effectively
• Contributing to the continued development of the Cardiff team

About You

Applications are welcomed from Property Lawyers at all levels, including newly qualified and experienced fee earners.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A professional and client-focused approach
• The ability to manage a caseload independently, with appropriate support where required
• A genuine interest in developing your career within a growing team
