Experienced Title Investigator (Fully Remote)
TSR Legal are currently looking to appoint an experienced Title Investigator to join a growing team of specialists in the legal process outsource service in title investigation. As a Title Investigator, you will ensure the highest standard of title investigation knowledge, including freehold, leasehold (including shared ownership), and new builds. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of conveyancing experience and a strong background in conducting comprehensive title investigations.
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate their knowledge of complex title checking, experience in a purely title-checking role is preferred although applications from experience residential conveyancers are encouraged.
