Residential Conveyancer – Gloucester
TSR Legal are looking for an experienced Conveyancing fee earner to join an award-winning law firm with a unique focus on Equity Release who pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services. This Gloucester based law firm are looking to expand their conveyancing department due to continuous growth. They are looking for a Licensed conveyancer backed by relevant qualifications (SRA, CLC, or CILEx) with 2 + PQE.
Successful candidates must have previous experience, managing a full range of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, ensuring compliance with SDLT requirements and dealing with unregistered properties.
