An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing & Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm as it opens a new office in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive and ambitious firm. The new Cardiff office provides a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting stage of its growth and play an important part in developing the team and establishing the office within the local market.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload whilst working closely with a Partner and the wider team on a varied range of housing and property disputes.

The work will include housing and leasehold management, property litigation, injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes and general property disputes.

You will have the opportunity to work on high quality matters, develop your existing expertise and take real responsibility for your clients and caseload.

The Person

You will be a Housing and Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE and experience of handling a varied litigation caseload.

You will ideally have experience or a genuine interest in housing and property litigation. You will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a client focused approach.

You will be a self starter who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and is looking for a long term career opportunity with a firm that invests in its people.
