Your Role

You will manage a broad range of commercial real estate matters for an established portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.

You will advise on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, investment work and real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

You will build and strengthen client relationships while delivering a consistently high standard of technical advice and commercial service.

You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues across the national team, contributing to major client relationships and cross office projects.

You will support and mentor junior lawyers, playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the Cardiff team.
