A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-2PQE to join a growing Cardiff office of an established UK law firm.

This is an opportunity to work closely with a leading Cardiff partner and become part of the team from an early stage as the new office develops.

The role would suit a solicitor who has gained some experience in commercial property and is looking for the opportunity to work on good quality matters, develop their technical skills and learn directly from an experienced partner.

The role

You will work closely with the Cardiff partner on a broad range of commercial property matters for a varied client base.

The work is likely to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work, investment transactions, property finance and general commercial property advice.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in matters from the initial instruction through to completion, with increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

The role is intended to provide proper exposure to commercial property rather than being limited to administrative support. You will work directly with senior lawyers, have client contact and gain experience across a range of transactions.

About you

You will be a qualified solicitor with some experience in commercial property.

You may be newly qualified or have a couple of years’ post qualification experience and be looking for a move that gives you greater exposure to good quality work and experienced lawyers.

You should have a sound grounding in commercial property and be keen to continue developing your technical knowledge.
