The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload independently, under the guidance of the Head of the Department and the support of a conveyancing legal assistants,a minimum of 2 years experience of managing your own caseload is essential.

Your key responsibilities will include, handling all matters of the conveyancing process from Instruction to Completion, meeting and exceeding individual and team targets in customer service, transaction volume, timelines, and average fees. Candidates should possess a proven track record in residential conveyancing, demonstrating a capacity for meeting tight deadlines and a commitment to excellence.
