Why did you choose to pursue a career in Recruitment..?
I started my career in volume sales recruitment after working as a call handler. I joined TSR Legal as I wanted to be part of a well-established team and now I feel like I make a difference to people’s careers and lives.
Working in recruitment offers so many different opportunities.

My family and colleagues. Having a strong support network is very important in achieving a great work life balance.
What’s the most challenging element of your job?
