Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Gloucester – Hybrid – Up to £70,000

TSR Legal has recently been instructed by a growing Gloucestershire law firm looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level.

Commercial Property is a strategic growth area for the practice, making this more than simply a senior fee-earning appointment. The successful solicitor will handle high-quality commercial property matters while developing key client relationships, supporting junior lawyers and playing an active role in the continued growth of the department.

The opportunity would particularly suit a solicitor with circa 5+ years’ PQE who wants greater influence within their team without necessarily moving into the structure of a large national practice. There is genuine scope to build your profile, develop work streams and progress as the department continues to expand.

The firm offers hybrid and flexible working with a salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience, alongside bonus opportunities, healthcare, free parking and strong longer-term progression.
