Real Estate Finance Associate (1-6 PQE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Associate (1-6 PQE) to join a highly regarded commercial law firm in Birmingham with an established reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
This role would suit a solicitor with experience in Real Estate Finance, or someone who has gained exposure to finance work as part of a broader Commercial Property role and is looking to further develop their expertise in this area. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll advise on a broad range of secured lending transactions and real estate finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers across a varied portfolio of work.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide range of real estate finance transactions, providing commercially focused legal advice and managing matters from instruction through to completion. Alongside handling your own caseload, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider property team, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives while delivering an exceptional standard of client service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-6 years’ PQE.
- Experience in Real Estate Finance, or exposure to finance matters within a Commercial Property team.
- Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
- A collaborative mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
