TSR Legal is recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established regional law firm in Frome. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a varied residential conveyancing caseload, the autonomy to manage their own matters and the chance to become an important part of a local property team.

Our client is an established regional practice providing legal services to individuals, families and businesses across Somerset and Wiltshire.

About the Role

You’ll take responsibility for managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

This position would particularly suit someone who enjoys client contact, managing a varied caseload and taking ownership of their work within an established regional practice.

Key Duties

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle remortgages, transfers of equity and associated property matters.
• Draft contracts, review title documentation and raise enquiries.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and clients.
• Manage matters through exchange and completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and local referrers.
