Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Bridgend (Hybrid working available)

The Role

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and well-regarded law firm in Bridgend is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or experienced conveyancer looking for a supportive environment, quality work, and a manageable caseload.

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, with appropriate administrative support in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Handling re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

• Meeting agreed targets and deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Conveyancer

• Able to run files independently with minimal supervision

• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing matters

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
