TSR Legal is working in partnership with a respected boutique high street law firm in Bridgend, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established property team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity

• Deliver high-quality client service with a personal, proactive approach

• Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

• Proven track record of managing complex and varied caseloads independently

• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, procedures, and legislation

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
