Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established high-street law firm? Our client has recently relocated to modern offices and is seeking a skilled professional to join their expanding residential property team and manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
- Deliver exceptional client care, building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Work independently while contributing to the collaborative success of the team.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years PQE as a fee earner in residential conveyancing.
- Experience in all aspects of residential property, including managing your own caseload.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
