Property Paralegal | Leading Regional Law Firm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Swansea.
This is a brand new role, created as part of the firm’s continued growth and expansion, offering the chance to be part of an evolving and ambitious team.
The Role:
You will support a busy and successful property department, working across a mix of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting fee earners with residential and commercial property transactions
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing files and progressing matters from instruction to completion
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
- Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient case progression
About You:
- Previous experience within residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
