Private Client Solicitor – Barry – Up to £50,000

Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Experience: 1-4 PQE
Working Arrangement: Full-time, flexibility available subject to agreement

About the Firm

TSR Legal is working with an established South Wales law firm with a strong presence across the region. The firm is looking to strengthen its Private Client department in Barry, offering an opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building lasting client relationships and wants to contribute to the continued development of a growing practice.

The firm offers a broad range of services to private individuals and businesses, providing opportunities for internal referrals and cross-departmental collaboration.

About the Role

You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, with particular emphasis on estate administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate planning.

The role will involve administering estates from initial instruction through to distribution, preparing complex and straightforward Wills, advising on inheritance tax considerations and supporting clients with probate applications.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing their own files with minimal supervision and demonstrate a commercially aware approach to client relationships, billing and business development.
