Private Client Solicitor
TSR Legal are currently working with reputable legal 500 law firm based in Swansea, with a strong presence in private client services. The firm are renowned for client-focused approach, who provide high-quality legal services across a broad range of matters.
The firm are seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and handling a broad range of private client matters.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney
- Providing clear, practical advice on estate planning and wealth protection
- Handling trusts and inheritance tax matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activities
To be considered for the role, our client is requiring a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Legal Executive, with 2+ PQE experience in private client work, strong technical expertise in wills, probate, and trusts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently
