A Top 200 legal practice is seeking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join its Private Client department in Wellington. Supporting a Senior Partner at the firm, you will be tasked with undertaking full secretarial and administrative duties to include:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence via digital dictation and copy typing
- Updating clients via telephone and in person
- Diary Management
- Booking meeting and minute taking
- Updating the case management system
- General administrative duties
Applications are encouraged from experienced Legal Secretaries and PA’s with excellent audio typing skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload. Knowledge of private client law is desirable.
