TSR Legal is delighted to be working with an excellent specialist law firm based on the outskirts of Cardiff, who are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their established and growing team.

The firm is open to hearing from candidates who are part-qualified or newly qualified, as well as those with more established experience in Personal Injury. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, manage your own caseload and benefit from the support of an experienced team.

The Role

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of Personal Injury matters.
• Progressing claims efficiently and proactively through the litigation process.
• Reviewing evidence, medical reports and other supporting documentation.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and other relevant parties.
• Negotiating settlements and working towards successful outcomes for clients.
• Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Ensuring files are managed in accordance with relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Experience working within a Claimant Personal Injury department.
• Part-qualified, newly qualified or an established Fee Earner.
• A good understanding of Personal Injury processes and procedures.
• Strong communication, organisation and client care skills.
• The ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines.
• A proactive approach with a genuine desire to develop and progress.
