TSR Legal are currently partnering with a highly regarded national law firm who have an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Partner to join a progressive and rapidly growing commercial law firm as it continues to expand its presence in Bristol.

The Role
You will advise a broad range of clients on matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Development and regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Real estate investment
- Strategic land transactions
- Property finance and secured lending
- Portfolio management
You will also play a leading role in business development, mentoring lawyers and strengthening relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts throughout Bristol and the South West.
