TSR Legal is working with a well established national law firm that is looking to grow its Partnerships and LLP offering.
This is a genuine opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys advising professional practices and their partners and wants the opportunity to develop their own practice within a strong commercial firm.
The work will include:
- Partnership and LLP agreements
- Partner admissions, exits and succession
- Governance and structuring
- Advice to managing partners and leadership teams
- M&A, restructuring and investment involving partnerships and LLPs
- Regulatory and professional practice matters
You may come from a Partnerships, Employment, Corporate, Commercial, Regulatory or Dispute Resolution background, provided you have strong experience advising partnerships, LLPs or professional practices.
