Company Overview:

TSR Legal are currently working with a leading law firm based in Worcester who pride themselves on their dynamic and forward-thinking real estate practice.  Our client is looking to expand its Residential Property services in the Worcester office and are now seeking a Senior Conveyancer or Senior Associate Solicitor to join the team.

Role Summary:

Our client is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Conveyancer / Associate to lead the development and growth of the Residential Property team in Worcester. The role would be responsible for reporting to the Head of Residential Property, leveraging the expertise and network to build of the firm as well as nurturing client relationships while delivering comprehensive conveyancing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Offer proactive legal guidance that meets clients’ individual needs.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s profile in residential conveyancing.
• Ensure regular updates are provided to clients and agents, managing expectations effectively.
• Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, inquiries, and oversee matters through to completion.
• Prepare completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms, and manage post-completion tasks up to registration of title.
• Manage and support a small team and collaborate with other members of the wider residential property team as required.
• Stay abreast of developments in residential property law.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years PQE.
• Established connections and confidence working within the Worcestershire market.
• Extensive experience across various conveyancing practices including sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, new builds, adverse possession, first registrations, shared ownership, leasehold, and listed properties.
• Strong teamwork and client relationship management abilities.
• Excellent technical skills and drafting proficiency.
• Commercial acumen and leadership experience.
• Proactive, ambitious, and highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
