The role would sit within the agricultural team within the wider Real Estate department which included both residential property and commercial property.

Role Overview:

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role within the esteemed Real Estate team. You will handle a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, including lease renewal/termination notices, arrears recovery, break notices, residential possession proceedings, and leasehold enfranchisement. Your expertise in Easements, Restrictive Covenants, and delivering high-quality commercial advice will be key assets in this role.

Requirements:

• Solicitor with 4+ years of PQE in Property Litigation and a particular focus on Agricultural matters
• Proficient in Easements, Restrictive Covenants, and commercial advisory work.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Proven track record in business development activities.
