Private Client Solicitor 2 + POE – Chepstow
TSR Legal have a brand-new opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to join a well-established firm in the heart of Chepstow. This esteemed role invites a dedicated individual to join a respected law firm, renowned for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will cover a wide remit of matters to include will disputes, offering expert guidance and representation to clients during some of their most challenging times. Your role will be pivotal in navigating the complexities of contested wills, executor challenges, estate claims, and cases of intestacy.
The firm seeks a candidate with a minimum of 12-18 months’ experience in a similar role or a strong seat in private client work during training is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to empathise with clients while providing pragmatic legal advice.
