TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded Tier 1 Employment team based in central Cardiff. Following continued growth and an increase in complex contentious instructions, the firm is seeking to appoint an Employment Litigator with arbitration experience and a minimum of 4 years PQE to join its expanding Employment Law department.

This is a standout opportunity to join a market leading team at a Legal 500 ranked firm, widely recognised for its expertise in high value employment disputes and strategic advisory work. The successful candidate will act for an impressive client base including national and international corporates, public sector organisations, owner managed businesses and senior executives.

The role will involve managing a broad and high quality caseload of contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation, High Court proceedings, complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, restrictive covenant disputes, team moves, and arbitration. You will also provide commercially astute non contentious advice on disciplinary and grievance processes, restructures, TUPE, senior exits and risk management strategy.

Working closely with three leading Employment Partners, you will gain exposure to technically challenging and high profile matters while developing your advocacy skills, strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
