About Our Client
The client is a full service regional law firm. The Private Client team are highly regarded and they offer further specialist functions such as Court of Protection. The firm has recorded impressive growth over the last 5 years and are known as one of the leading law firms in the region.
The Role
The Court of Protection Partner will deal with a varied caseload of professional deputyship cases, complex COP applications and the creation and administration of personal injury trusts. You will support a growing team and also take responsibility for a growing client base.
About You
You will be a Court of Protection Partner or a Senior Solicitor interested in a partner role. The client is open minded on level so would also consider a Senior Associate level specialist Court of Protection / Trust Solicitor who has an interest in helping run a team in the future.
