Corporate Solicitor – 1+ PQE

TSR Legal are currently partnering with a top tier law firm based in Cheltenham, who are currently looking to add an additional Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 years post qualification experience to join the Corporate department.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising on a range of business matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, joint ventures as well as regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements as well as tax and other restructuring matters.
Our client is regarded for dealing with city quality work outside of London, with transactions typically between £2 million and £20 million on average. The corporate team regularly act for both buyers and sellers across a variety of sector from PLC’s and household names to sole traders and partnerships.
