This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Corporate team in Cardiff, working within a national business that combines high quality work with a collaborative and modern culture.

The Opportunity
You will advise a broad range of clients including owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, fast growth companies and established national organisations. The role offers exposure to a varied corporate caseload including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, investments and general corporate advisory work.
Working alongside two experienced Cardiff Partners you will have the opportunity to develop long term client relationships while benefiting from a genuinely collaborative approach to delivering legal services.

About You
You will be a qualified solicitor with approximately five or more years of post qualification experience gained within a recognised Corporate team.
You will have experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions together with excellent technical ability, commercial awareness and strong client relationship skills.
You will enjoy working collaboratively, be confident supporting business development activity and have the ambition to continue developing your career within a progressive national law firm.
