The Role
As a Corporate Partner, you will play a key role in the continued expansion of the firm’s presence across Shropshire and the wider Midlands. Working alongside respected colleagues across multiple disciplines, you will help develop the corporate offering, strengthen existing client relationships and build new opportunities within the regional business community.
High Quality Corporate Work
You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, management buyouts, shareholder arrangements, group restructures, joint ventures and strategic investments. Clients span sectors including manufacturing, agriculture, technology, healthcare, professional services and family owned businesses, providing a varied and intellectually rewarding caseload.
