A well established South Wales law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Swansea.

The successful candidate will handle a mix of acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work, secured lending and general commercial property transactions. Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience
