TSR Legal has a superb opportunity to join a firm in its Leamington Spa office.
The Firm
The firm’s dispute resolution team is one of the most respected in the country and handles a full range of litigation matters, often involving large-scale, complex disputes.
Typically, these include contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches, shareholder claims and derivative actions, as well as an increasing number of contentious property disputes.
The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firm’s clients. The caseload is of very high quality, involving large and complex contentious matters.
The Candidate
- 5+ PQE Disputes Solicitor
- Commercially aware
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
