Our client a well regarded law firm based in Bristol are now looking for a 2+ PQE Family Solicitor to join the expanding Family department. This role also combines both challenging work with a broader business and management skills set. As such, this role would suit a technical family lawyer with a commercial outlook and also a desire to manage in the future.
You will deal mainly with:
- Children Matters
- Divorce Planning
- Same-sex relationships
- Financial Settlements
As a Family Solicitor within this top tier legal 500 firm, you will be responsible for dealing with high value matrimonial financial issues and private child law matters. You will be joining a large family team consisting 8 individuals including both support and fee earners. Within the department, you will be responsible for acting on behalf of a wide range of clients from entrepreneurs to city professionals and large organisations.

The successful applicant will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Excellent administration, organisation, and communication skills
- Well-developed client care skills
- The ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent time management skills
- Enthusiasm, and motivation for marketing and business development activities
