TSR Legal is working with a well-established South Wales law firm to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver the firm’s overall marketing and brand strategy.
This is a key role within the business, working closely with the Management Team and providing the opportunity to make a real impact across marketing, communications and business growth.

The Role
You will take ownership of the firm’s marketing function, including:

• Developing and delivering the overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Managing the annual marketing budget and external suppliers.
• Leading digital, social media, website, SEO and offline marketing activity.
• Managing PR, media relations and internal communications.
• Creating and overseeing content, photography and video.
• Planning and delivering client, networking and internal events.
• Managing awards and directory submissions.
• Producing marketing reports for senior stakeholders.
• Supporting pitches, presentations and wider business development activity.
• Managing and supporting a Marketing Administrative Assistant.
• Developing effective marketing policies and processes.

About You

• Previous marketing experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience across content creation, B2C marketing and social media.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and WordPress.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• A strategic and creative approach to marketing.

A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Canva experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
