TSR Legal is working with an exciting and well-established Cardiff law firm that is looking to add a junior Litigation Solicitor to its growing disputes team.

This is a particularly strong opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor who wants hands-on exposure, real responsibility and the chance to develop directly alongside an experienced Director with a strong background in litigation.

Rather than joining a large team where junior solicitors can become heavily siloed, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers, gain exposure to a broad range of disputes and develop into a genuinely well-rounded litigator.

The caseload will be varied, covering a mixture of general litigation, civil disputes and commercial litigation, with the successful candidate gradually taking on greater responsibility as their confidence and experience develops.

The role will include:

• Civil and commercial disputes
• Contractual matters
• General litigation
• Property-related disputes
• Debt and enforcement work
• Managing your own files with support
• Assisting on more complex matters alongside the Director
• Regular client contact and involvement throughout cases
