Legal Support Assistant / Secretary – Private Client – Ross-on-Wye

A leading full-service law firm with a reputation for excellence is seeking a Legal Support Assistant to join their prestigious Private Client team in Ross-on-Wye.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position is based in the vibrant Ross-on-Wye office, offering flexible home working arrangements after probation. The role requires a highly organised individual with strong experience in legal administration, particularly within a private client or litigation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing the team’s diary, scheduling meetings efficiently.
  • Assisting with case management and ensuring all court deadlines are met.
  • Interacting with clients and compiling court bundles with attention to detail.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to fee earners.
  • Skilfully handling audio typing using a digital dictation system.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a private client, court of protection, or litigation environment – either in a legal secretarial position or as a legal assistant / administration role
  • Proficiency in audio typing and familiarity with digital dictation systems
