The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an ambitious and relationship-driven Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Cardiff team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established desk while playing a key role in expanding our presence across the UK property and conveyancing market.

You will work closely with an engaged client base while proactively identifying new business opportunities, delivering a consultative and high-quality recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop an established portfolio of clients within the conveyancing and property sector
• Source, engage, and successfully appoint high-calibre candidates across a range of legal roles
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities nationwide
• Deliver a professional, consultative recruitment service aligned with client needs
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and developments within the property sector

About You

• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, though not essential
• A background in property, estate agency, estate management, or sales would be highly beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a professional environment
