Legal Advisor – Personal Injury
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a Legal 500 firm who now have a brand new opportunity for a Legal Advisor specialising in Personal Injury, situated in the heart of Swansea. This position, with part-time arrangements considered, presents a chance to thrive within a dynamic Injury Services team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to clients.
As a dedicated Legal Advisor, the role will see you managing a caseload of Personal Injury cases with precision and care. Your collaborative spirit, supportive nature, and proactive approach will be the cornerstone of your success, ensuring that each case is handled with the highest standards of quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities will encompass the processing of litigated fast track claims and criminal compensation injuries claims, along with adept use of a case management system to produce accurate correspondence. Your contribution will extend to assisting solicitors on multi-track cases, providing an invaluable service to the team.
Ideal candidates will bring a background in Personal Injury law, showcasing a ‘can do’ attitude and a professional demeanour. Proficiency in the Ministry of Justice Portal will be an asset. The role demands an individual capable of working independently, equipped with outstanding interpersonal skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.
