Family Solicitor – 2+ PQE –  Bristol

TSR Legal are currently working with a multi office leading law firm based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a Family Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its Bristol team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a family lawyer looking to develop their career within a well-established practice, working alongside experienced colleagues on a varied and interesting caseload.

You will advise clients across a broad range of family matters, with the opportunity to develop your experience and take responsibility for your own caseload.

Your work will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation and relationship breakdown
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse and associated family proceedings
• Other aspects of privately funded family law

You will have direct contact with clients and will be expected to provide clear, pragmatic and commercially minded advice throughout each matter.

Our client is requiring a candidate with:

• At least 2 years’ PQE in family law
• Experience handling your own caseload
• Strong experience in privately funded family matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
• A practical and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
