TSR Legal has recently been instructed by a national law firm looking to grow its Employment offering with the appointment of an Employment Solicitor.

This is a particularly good opportunity for an NQ or junior solicitor looking to gain broad exposure to both contentious and non-contentious Employment Law within an established team.

The successful solicitor will have the opportunity to manage their own matters with appropriate support, covering Employment Tribunal litigation, settlement agreements, employment contracts, advisory work and wider support to commercial clients.

Rather than being limited to purely process-driven work, the role provides the opportunity to develop client relationships and build a rounded Employment practice as your experience progresses.

The firm offers hybrid working with remote options available, alongside a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience and clear opportunities for continued development and progression.
