Conveyancing Assistant 
A successful firm with offices across the South West with an impressive client base is now looking for a conveyancing assistant to join their supportive Residential Property team. This position would be suited to an experienced assistant within residential property or commercial property, who is looking for a supportive and non-volume environment.

The firm only take instruction from local contacts and steer clear to avoid ‘factory’ style conveyancing to ensure their clients receive the highest level of customer service which in turn creates repeat business and further referrals.

You will be tasked with a mixed caseload which will involve the usual requirements of an experienced conveyancing assistant:
Sales and Purchases
Leaseholds and Freeholds
Re-mortgages
Purchases of New Builds
Transfers of Equity
