About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2PQE+ to join a modern, forward-thinking practice operating on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to step away from traditional office-based environments while still working on high-quality commercial property matters within a collaborative and well-supported team.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the continued growth of the commercial property offering.

The role will involve:

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant work
• Advising clients on a range of real estate transactions and portfolio management
• Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, and associated documentation
• Managing client relationships and providing commercially pragmatic advice
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2PQE+ in Commercial Property
• Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be comfortable working in a fully remote environment with a proactive and organised approach
• Be motivated to contribute to a growing and dynamic team
