Location: Cardiff outskirts
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

TSR Legal is working closely with an established and highly regarded legal team on the appointment of a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing property department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous commercial property experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and experienced team. You will work closely with solicitors and other members of the property department, gaining exposure to a varied caseload and a broad range of commercial property matters.

The Role

You will provide hands-on support across a varied commercial property caseload, working closely with fee earners and assisting with the progression of matters from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Supporting with sales, purchases, leases and other commercial property transactions
• Undertaking property searches and reviewing relevant documentation
• Preparing and maintaining legal documentation and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties
• Assisting with the progression of transactions and meeting key deadlines
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client files
• Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the wider property team

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience within commercial property, whether as a paralegal, legal assistant or in a similar property support role.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working within a commercial property team
• A good understanding of commercial property transactions
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• A genuine interest in developing your career within commercial property
