TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm on the outskirts of Cardiff, which is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its established and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a respected Director, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters while developing your technical knowledge and long-term career prospects.
Conveniently located just a 10-minute train journey from Cardiff city centre, the office also offers on-site parking for those who prefer to drive.
The Role
You will provide direct support to a Director and play an integral role in the day-to-day management of commercial property transactions. Matters may include:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Lease transactions
- Property development matters
- Refinancing and secured lending transactions
- File management and transaction support from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates with previous experience within a property team. Those currently working in residential conveyancing who have gained some exposure to commercial property matters and are looking to broaden their experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
You will ideally have:
- Experience working within a property department as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Assistant
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- A genuine interest in developing a career within commercial property
